By making a reservation guests confirm that they have read, understood and agree to abide by our policies.
Cancellation Policy:

Reservations are fully refundable with a minimum 14 days notice prior to arrival, less a $40 cancellation fee per room.

Cancellations received within 14 days or less prior to arrival are subject to the total charge of the rooms reserved.

Early departures, date changes and no shows are regarded as a cancellation.
Reservation Policy:
Autumn Lane is an adult-only, 19+, accommodation.

Maximum of two guests per room, as per West Kelowna Bylaws.

All reservations require a 50% deposit at time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file upon arrival.

Rates do not include the 8% PST & 5% GST applicable tax. We accept Visa and Master Card.

Check-in: 4 – 7 pm only. Late check-in only with prior notice. No late arrivals after 10 pm.

At check-in guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID and be of legal age.

Check-out: 11 am
All room rates include breakfast, ice cream sundae, use of guest lounge and onsite parking. Breakfast is served daily at 9am.
General Policies:

Our services and B&B is for registered guests only. Unregistered guests are not permitted on site.

No pets.

NO SMOKING / VAPING of any substances in building or on grounds. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged if disregarded and guests will be promptly asked to leave forfeiting any refund.

Lighting candles / incense or cooking in the rooms is not permitted.

Quiet time is from 11 pm - 8 am.

It is expected that all guests consume alcohol responsibly. Guests abusing this privilege, or under the influence of any illegal substance, will be promptly asked to leave forfeiting any refund.
